Great company to deal with
Great company to deal with. Very customer focused that always feels like they're doing their best for their customers. Very prompt when responding to any queries and any orders are sent very quickly. Their prices are great, they make high quality items at Very reasonable prices
I bought my auto fold chair from them and very recently bought new seat padding, a handy pocket for on my chair arm and a new battery so I'd have a spare.
Honestly, can't recomend the company highly enough, nothing is ever a bother to them at all. I simply wouldn't go anywhere else.

A very positive experience all round
A very positive experience all round. I went to the showroom in Glasgow to test various different chairs and the member of staff was really helpful, full of useful tips, and happy to answer all of my daft questions. Taking the time to go and see the chairs in person gave me more confidence with choosing the right one to buy; in fact, I changed my mind from the one I thought would be best from researching online.
I ordered on a Monday afternoon and the chair was with me on Wednesday morning. The only minor gripe is that the order tracking wasn't particularly useful, so I didn't know it was going to arrive when it did.
I'm delighted with my new chair (Ventura 185) which has given me much more independence. It's already tackled cobbled streets, relatively steep inclines, gravel tracks and even footpaths. I have ME and the chair allows me to travel distances which would otherwise have required a car, and even better it allows me to explore the countryside again, something I have been really missing.

The delivery and customer service was fantastic.
I was really anxious about buying and using my first walking frame but it was so easy to assemble and as soon as i tried it, I knew that I made the right decision. I feel safe when outdoors and i look forward to going out now after having a few falls.

Answered ( patiently) my many queries prior to purchasing my Voyager 185 chair, searched the warehouse for a particular colour that was showing up on the website as sold out, provided bits and pieces that I needed that they don’t actually sell, and all done with good grace and prompt delivery.
Would I recommend them. Absolutely! And I do!

I’ve ordered the Elite Powerchair, so far I’ve found it easy to use and feel very safe in it. The controls are a bit sensitive but when you get use’t to it, you can work it with no problems.

Generally comfortable and secure.
Delivery was very quick, and unpacking was easy.
It is certainly comfortable to sit in for several hours. Driving is generally very smooth, the ride comfortable and the turning circle brilliant, but there are some difficulties: on a pavement with a camber steering can be very difficult and however hard you try to steer one way it goes the other. Yesterday I came to an abrupt halt at a 3 cm curb crossing a station entrance.
Mulit-terrain? It struggles on the gentle 'red wheelchair route' round Bodnant Garden.
On the promenade a dream, around town nerve-wracking.
Folding: the control unit cable is just too short and the unit always in the way unless COMPLETELY removed, otherwise likely to be damaged as it wont fold out of the way.

PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BUY THIS if you are physical unable to use legs and are a higher weight limit
I strongly advise against purchasing this wheelchair, especially if you are a larger user.
I bought the Enterprise 200 – Bariatric Folding Electric Wheelchair, which clearly advertises a 200kg weight limit. As someone who specifically needed a foldable power chair, I visited their showroom, tested the demo model, and initially found it excellent—stable, smooth, and confidence-inspiring. Based on that experience, I went ahead with the purchase.
Unfortunately, from that point on, everything went downhill.
Within the first 4 hours, I discovered a serious issue: the footplate had been fitted incorrectly (off-centre), which made turning left difficult and unsafe. After contacting the company and providing video evidence, I was told it could be replaced—but this required a 5-hour round trip to collect a new chair.
The replacement initially seemed better, but when I tested it outside my bungalow, the situation became dangerous.
While using the chair on a slight decline (nothing extreme), I experienced severe drifting. When I attempted to stop using the joystick, the brakes engaged—but they were not strong enough to stabilise the chair, especially with weight in it. The rear wheels locked, but the chair slid sideways, causing me to come off the curb completely—specifically from the higher corner section.
This was extremely frightening and could have ended much worse.
For clarity regarding the video evidence I am uploading:
I was not recording at the time of the incident itself, so I asked my partner to recreate exactly what I had done in the same area just outside my property. My partner is around 10 stone lighter than me, yet the chair behaved in the same dangerous way. The video shows her experiencing the same drifting issue—but the key difference is that she was able to put her feet down to stop herself falling, which I am physically unable to do. This highlights just how dangerous this chair is for actual wheelchair users.
For context:
* I am a disabled woman with very limited use of my lower body.
* I have used power chairs for over 10 years and never experienced anything like this.
* My partner, despite being significantly lighter, experienced the same issue, proving this is not simply a weight-related problem.
To be very clear:
This chair is NOT safe, and it does NOT perform as advertised for higher weight users.
What made matters worse was how the company handled the situation:
* I had to fight every step of the way to prove the issue, despite providing video evidence.
* I was asked to perform tasks I physically cannot do (such as walking to the chair and pushing it manually), even after clearly explaining my disability multiple times.
* I felt dismissed, embarrassed, and belittled.
After just 48 hours, I requested a full refund, which was eventually agreed—but even this process was difficult. I was expected to:
* Pack the chair myself into a large box
* Arrange collection over multiple days
As someone who is disabled, this was completely unrealistic without external help. Thankfully I had assistance—but what about those who don’t?
This product is marketed as promoting:
* Independence
* Confidence
* Mobility
Instead, it left me feeling:
* Vulnerable
* Unsafe
* Distressed
* Overwhelmed

As soon as this was identified, we offered multiple solutions, including arranging a swap and even offering to personally deliver a replacement due to the urgency you mentioned. You chose to visit us for the exchange, and we ensured a replacement chair was provided on the same day.
We also want to acknowledge your point about the journey. A 5-hour round trip is significant, and while this was one of several options available, we understand that the experience itself still felt inconvenient and added pressure at an already difficult time.
In terms of the video and troubleshooting process, we’re very sorry if this felt uncomfortable or inappropriate given your circumstances. That was not our intention. When customers report concerns such as drifting or control issues, our standard approach is to review how the chair is behaving in real-world use so we can understand the situation clearly and guide them towards a solution.
We were aware that you had support from your partner, which is why we suggested certain checks and demonstrations to help us understand the situation. However, we fully accept that this may not have felt suitable for you, and we’re sorry if it came across as insensitive. That is valuable feedback for us as we continue improving how we support customers with different needs.
Regarding the behaviour shown in the video, it reflected a scenario we sometimes see with lightweight, foldable powerchairs when used on uneven or cambered ground. These chairs are designed differently to larger, mid-wheel drive models and can require an adjustment in driving technique due to their lighter frame and centre of gravity.
In most cases, with the right technique, situations like this can be managed safely, particularly with a chair such as the Enterprise 200. Because of this, our usual approach is to share our rough terrain operation guide, along with video support, and offer accessories such as a golf-ball joystick to improve control. Many customers find this helpful and go on to use their chairs confidently.
That said, we completely understand that not every customer feels comfortable practising or adapting in these situations, especially if the initial experience has been unsettling. In those cases, we do not push further and instead support the customer’s decision, which is what we did when you requested a return.
We’re pleased we were able to process your refund in full, although we’re sorry that the overall experience, including the return process, felt difficult.
Your feedback is taken seriously, particularly around how we communicate and support customers with different physical limitations. We will be reviewing this internally to ensure we handle similar situations with greater sensitivity in future.

I bought my wheelchair from ETech Mobility 3 years ago I have been very eased with it and the service I recieved from ETech is EXCELLENT, I recently wanted two wheels replaced there was nothing wrong with them the quality is except but I wanted to change to solid wheels, I also required arm rests to be replaced & a new battery fitted, I cannot express enough how polite patient and kind Jethro and his team have been if I could give 100 stars for their customer care and service I would .These requests were carried out quickly and professionally, I truly cannot express my thanks to this team , I have always recommended E-Tech Mobility and I will go on doing so Always.
