I bought my wheelchair from ETech…
I bought my wheelchair from ETech Mobility 3 years ago I have been very eased with it and the service I recieved from ETech is EXCELLENT, I recently wanted two wheels replaced there was nothing wrong with them the quality is except but I wanted to change to solid wheels, I also required arm rests to be replaced & a new battery fitted, I cannot express enough how polite patient and kind Jethro and his team have been if I could give 100 stars for their customer care and service I would .These requests were carried out quickly and professionally, I truly cannot express my thanks to this team , I have always recommended E-Tech Mobility and I will go on doing so Always. I am very pleased and satisfied with work they carried out on my electric wheelchair, I can honestly say if I had to to choose a company to recieve best award for customer care and workmanship it would go to ETech Mobility Birmingham so to Jethro and his team THANKYOU SO MUCH 😀

Wonderful support.
Etech mobility were willing to answer my questions before I purchased the Lux20 wheelchair. The chair was delivered the next day. My son says the chair is smooth and comfortable. It copes with varied terrain. The wheels can be taken off to get it in to the car otherwise it is a 2 man lift as stated on the website. I am very pleased with this purchase and the support I have recieved.

Issues but all resolved professionally
The product was delivered but the wrong one. Etech agreed for us to use the “wrong” one next day cabs organised a collect and delivery next day. So although mistakes were made they resolved them efficiently.

Excellent Service and Quality Equipment
From the initial telephone call the staff at ET were very helpful and what they promised was delivered and on time. When contacted afterwards to explain some operational queries they were very helpful and talked us through it on the telephone. The delivery driver who dropped the wheelchair off was superb he really went the extra mile. He was outstanding!

Said 2 day delivery was in fact 6 days owing to it being Easter. Easy to use not as lightweight as I thought it would be.

Great service, arrived within 2 days of ordering, The Zipper 4 is a very comfortable scooter, a little heavy to lift into the car boot but with ramps it’s easier.
