Essex Clear Ears Reviews 

I have used clear ears for a number of years now and have a hearing aid fitted which came with a complete follow up program which included free wax removal hearing test and installing any recent updates. I recently visited their new premises in Rayleigh wow what a smart looking premises clean modern looking which suits the needs of the customers and staff. I received excellent treatment from Mitch ears free from wax and a faulty ear piece which I was not aware of fixed great service. I would highly recommend this company to anyone having issues with their ears.

Clear and easy to use website. Appointment was bang on time. Procedure was carried out on state of the art equipment. Results were carefully explained and a very fair recommendation offered with no sales pressure. Very friendly staff. 100% satisfied !

Excellent service and polite staff. Jo has a very friendly and professional manner she clearly explained and carried out the painless microsuction procedure to remove ear wax and then clearly explained aftercare.

ECE were excellent and very supportive. I needed new hearing aids and ECE allowed me to borrow and trial several pairs. They were very trusting and weren’t out to sell you any particular brand. Great service!

Was made very welcome. Spoke to the operative who asked several questions before starting the procedure with hardly any discomfort just a little noisy and 20 mins later I could hear everything. Cannot praise them enough

I already had hearing aids but wanted to know what other options were available. I made the appointment not sure if ECE could help, I was so wrong! James was brilliant he listened to what I had to say, and after testing my hearing, he explained what each test meant. He then discussed, in-depth, the various choices available, further more there was no pressure to buy, just a straightforward account of the pros and cons of various hearing aids. James answered all my questions in a concise way which was easy to understand. If you think you need hearing aids or unhappy with the aids you already have, then this small friendly practice is the place to come, you won't regret it.

My Second visit to Clear Ears. A year ago, my blocked ear was cleared in seconds. This time it was a checkup and a small amount of wax was cleared. A simple, painless process. Smart premises and smart, helpful staff. Good booking system and prompt appointment.

I have been going to ECE for a long time and wouldn’t go anywhere else. I feel they are very efficient I trust them and I know if my ears are clear they will tell me and I can see on the screen before and after cleaning. Very friendly staff too. I have already recommended ECE to friends and anyone I know who say they need their ears looked at.

I took my elderly parent for micro suction and a hearing test so we could purchase hearing aids moving forward
They didn’t charge for the micro suction as it wasn’t needed even though a slot had been reserved for this
Mitch was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and empathetic to my mothers needs as regards what hearing aid was required, he kindly loaned us some whilst we were waiting for her own hearing aids and this was free of charge
The after care is second to none
They check in at regular intervals to see how you are getting on with the aids and adaptation to changing needs is so smooth and stress free
My mother is now housebound so they have offered to visit her if needed
They offer interest free payment plans which is excellent and useful
Exceptional local business and definitely improved my mother’s quality of life by restoring her hearing in a stress free, timely manner, excellent value for money, lots of choice
