Excellent service

Excellent service. Communication is reliable, and delivery times are consistently on schedule. They proactively monitor when you may be running low and send timely reminders. Any questions or concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.

What stands out most is that they genuinely seem to have their clients' best interests in mind, and it shows in the quality of their service.

I would also like to note that I am not receiving any benefit or compensation for leaving this review - and while they are unable to bill insurance providers directly, they provide receipts that can be submitted for reimbursement through your insurance plan.

This clinic is amazing

This clinic is amazing, their reply’s to my messages which often include questions and insight is always super quick and very informative and friendly. I’ve spoken to multiple staff and they always provide great knowledge of their products and after being with this clinic for over a year, I’m glad I’ve found this one!

Amazing!

Process is simple. Staff is trustworthy. They care about their patients. From the initial intake info to the pharmacy and everyone in between, you will feel taken care of.

I wish this service was more proactive…

I wish this service was more proactive with refills and renewing prescriptions. It was also difficult to understand why Essential was no longer covered by my insurance.

We want to clarify that your refills are already being processed automatically every three months, as your subscription is currently active. If you ever wish to adjust the timing of your refill schedule, just let us know and we’ll be happy to accommodate that change.

As part of our standard process, our team sends a follow‑up message about one day before each refill is prepared to let you know it’s being processed. Our team also reaches out ahead of any required prescription renewals to help ensure there are no interruptions to your treatment.

Regarding the insurance concern, our pharmacy team reached out via your account portal in March 2026 to provide additional information. They confirmed that future refills should process without issue, and that reimbursement should be accepted moving forward when you submit the receipt enclosed with your shipment to your insurance provider.

We truly appreciate your feedback and will continue working to make your experience as seamless as possible.
