The product I received was not suitable…

The product I received was not suitable for my vacuum cleaner so I got on to returns. I was told no need to send back the product just give them proof that I had received it. They said what I had paid would be refunded within 5 working days. I got the refund in 2 days. They also asked for details of exactly what I was looking for and said they would try and source for me. Very nice and efficient to deal with.

A great experience

Missing parts

We purchased and were invoiced for 6 parts, only 4 arrived.I was told i will have to wait for money to be returned to our account where i then have to order the missing parts again.
I asked for the missing parts to be send out, still waiting on a reply !

Replacement door seal purchase

I ordered a replacement door seal for my Samsung washing machine. I ordered it on Friday evening and it arrived on Tuesday lunchtime.
I had received a WhatsApp message in the morning telling me approximately when the delivery would be made. This was great as I felt free to leave the house before that time, without fearing that I would miss the delivery.
So the delivery was really quick and on time. The part fits perfectly and the machine is working again.
A very satisfying first purchase from Espares.
