Espares sent me an item which didn’t…
Espares sent me an item which didn’t fit my appliance. When I informed them of this they simply replied that I didn’t need to go to the trouble of returning it, they would just refund me. It was a small item admittedly, but I call that excellent customer service.

Orders placed on standard delivery are despatched via AN Post and usually delivered within 5-7 working days. We are required to allow 10 working days for AN Post to deliver & lapse before the order can be classed as lost in transit after which we will refund the order.
