Staff and friendly service explaining things nicely

An excellent company who guided a very nervous customer through the process. Leah Wright our caseworker was so good. She answered all our questions, listened to my concerns and settled them Dhe didn’t move on until I was finally ready.

Efficient complete service with plenty of updates throughout the process. Ellie Davis on hand to quiet you throughout.

Releasing equity using Key Equity Release was a smooth process as everything was explained to me from start to finish by Jo athan Swift. On the solicitor side, my case manager was Emily Yong who kept ne informed of progress and the vital documentation required to complete the whole thing. There was no pressure on me and I was free to ask any questions. It took about 10 weeks and I can now make improvements which will enable me to live where I love in a freshened home indefinitely.
