Great service, great customer service & quick response

I had a very good experience at the SELT English exam centre. I took my English exam for my immigration application, and the whole process was professional and well organised.

The staff were friendly, helpful, and made me feel comfortable throughout the exam. The instructions were clear, and everything was explained properly. The exam centre was clean and the process was smooth from registration to completing the test.

I would definitely recommend this SELT exam centre to anyone who needs to take an English test for immigration purposes. Thank you to all the staff for making the experience easier and less stressful.

I chose this centre firstly,because I want a trusted, certified, accredited centre. Secondly, because a Pearson is a recognised exam board.
Also, staffs at the the particular (Docklands) centre where the test took place have been orderly and welcoming. The centre itself was easy to navigate and very clean.

It was great and team was really communicating with me all the time to sort out the exam. I do recommend them

Great service and very friendly

Absolutely first class customer service from start to finish with one to one interaction to ensure all information prior to the English test was accurate and my wife knew where she was going and had the correct documentation to hand. There was no room left for mistakes on our part. A very positive experience at a very fair price as some companies were demanding double the price and I was not able to check their accreditation. I totally recommend the English Exam Centre.

Facilities are great with good people.. Need to work on where the actual center is. They can provide a map when they send email confirmation which will easier to find the address..
