Great experience at the SELT exam centre in Portsmouth. The customer care agent was really friendly, helpful and professional, which made the whole process easy and stress-free. Highly recommended!

AVOID!
If it were possible, I wouldn’t even give this place one star.
I booked a test online, and the experience was extremely disappointing.
1. Misleading pricing
At the beginning of the booking process, the price was shown as £170, but by the time I reached the end of the booking, the price had increased to £220. I found this extremely misleading, as the final price was significantly higher than the price initially advertised.
2. Test rescheduled at short notice
A couple of days after booking, I received a phone call from them saying, “Sorry, there was a problem and your test needs to be rescheduled to the following day.”
I tried to explain that this was extremely inconvenient because I had already booked a holiday for that day and made other arrangements around my original test date. Unfortunately, there was nothing they could do, so I had no choice but to agree to move my test to the following day.
As a result, I had to book another holiday and rearrange everything all over again.
3. Another change the very next day
The following day, they called me again and said, “Sorry, my friend made a mistake yesterday. There are no test slots available for that day in Leicester.”
They then told me that the only way I could take the test on the date I had originally booked was to travel to London, Sheffield, or somewhere else, which I found completely unreasonable.
Alternatively, I was offered another slot eight days later, which I did not accept.
By this point, I was extremely angry and upset. I decided to book another test, this time with Pearson, but because I was so stressed and frustrated, I accidentally booked the wrong test and lost another £220.
This whole experience has been incredibly frustrating and has caused me unnecessary stress, additional expenses, and a great deal of inconvenience.
I strongly recommend avoiding this service. The pricing was unclear, and the way my booking was handled was extremely unprofessional. I would not use this service again.

Very efficient process, very kind callers, same day results

The staff made my booking very easy. The staff was great very helpful during my booking. I am very grateful . The test was easy to navigate and the exam centre was clean and tidy.

The exam was conducted is a really smooth manner with quick response. At the time of reservation the team was really flexible to provide me available dates across the UK which was really convenient for me. The instructions was pretty clear before the start of exam and was conducted very well by the staff / team.

I took my English test last sunday. They called me now I'm passed the test .here's my review, staff are so good, very friendly and always ready to help you. The security is tight,all your belongings will be on a locker with a key the examiners staff was so nice

Booking was very easy, staff absolutely fantastic, very helpful, friendly and understanding, they put me at ease, explained everything, answered all my questions, because of their excellent quality I went to do the test less stressed and more confident.

One of the most unfair fair and corrupt people to book a test with. They charge over £200 but I never got any guidance and sample of the test absolutely rubbish please don’t book with this people again.

You must send information about the test to candidates . Whether it’s on computer or face to face , how many questions are and how does it work. I have done so many test in UKand overseas but none was like this. Over all very unfair, unjust and corrupt.
