Overall, a disappointing experience but there are pros and cons.
In terms of pros, easy booking process with notifications at the appropriate times. Also, very fast availability.
In terms of cons, same property with no changes whatsoever in the past ten years, assessed adversely in comparison to the last assessment. When challenged, the explanation was provided but the company refused point blank to see common sense... quite disappointing. Needless to say, such a blank approach will have a considerable adverse impact on those trying to sell/let. I know that assumptions are always a contentious issue when it comes to an EPC, I have just been so lucky with previous assessors as they were willing to engage in a dialogue with me.
