Excellent service
I manage a large portfolio and as such have worked with many EPC assessors over the years. I recently contracted Paul to assess multiple properties and can honestly say he is the best I've worked with. Efficient, punctual and competitively priced. He is a very much an industry professional.

Great service and good value.
Paul responded very quickly to our request for an EPC, and arrived ahead of the appointed time. His process was efficient, yet relaxed and friendly, and the EPC was available in less than 24 hours after attending. Good value for money and excellent service, definitely a five star performance, thank you!
