Excellent service
EPC have serviced my air source heat pump annually since its installation four years ago. They do a very thorough and professional job, talking me through every aspect of the work, explaining the importance of each step. It's very reassuring and I can't recommend the company enough - an excellent example to the industry!

Service of heat pump and system
EPC serviced our ASH pump for second time having installed it originally. We have found them punctual, knowledgeable and generally helpful.

The actual annual service was very thorough. He explained to me and showed me items which will help my management of the Heat Pump. When he left I felt I have great confidence in the system until at least the next service, probably longer.
