Brilliant Experience - and not with a "Chat Bot"
Ann in the Registration team was just spectacular. I had been with Energia previously, had moved away and was now out of contract. Ann played a blinder to convince me to sign up with Energia once again.
It's just wonderful in this "Tech, Rules" AI dominated world to have a genuine, warm and enthusiastic human being with whom you can interact and get things set up, sorted and confirmed in such a pleasant and professional way. Down with robots - long live professional customer service agents.

Great Experience with Marcus!
Switched to Energia today over the phone with Marcus. What a great experience! Marcus was extremely friendly and professional.
