Product delayed with no clear reason for delay

Product was great but delivery was advised to arrive on a Tuesday but it didn't actually arrive until the Thursday. It was COMME DES GARÇONS PARFUM for my son's graduation so it was a shame he didn't have it for the occasion on the Wednesday Prom! What was frustrating was I was informed there was a delay with the arrival and got this Fromm END 'delivery partner, DPD, has experienced some unexpected delays' I followed the link to DPD to see what the delay was and when it would arrive but it gave no clear reason! I have previously bought various things from END and it hasn't been a problem but this time it was disappointing given when I wanted to receive the gift for my son's special occasion!

Should have been described better (as they are VERY tight and „stiff“).

Then had to learn that international returns are on me… That’s 20 EUR and 30 mins lost. 😩

This company is awful

This company is awful. They have the worst customer service. They do not respond in the time stated. I’ve had to write countless emails in regards to my orders. My items are sitting in a clearance delay due to them not responding to the shipment company which needs more info due to the order being international. I purchased something with expedited shipping and the item is well out of that time range. They don’t help. They don’t reply. Absolutely awful and will never purchase something from this company ever again. 1 and done.

I received a pair of shoes that was…

I received a pair of shoes that was incorrectly sized. Although they are marked as size 38, the insole measurements are closer to a size 36, making them about two sizes too small.
I contacted customer service to explain the issue, but I was told that I would have to pay for the return shipping myself, even though the product appears to be mislabeled. This was quite disappointing.

I bought 3 items (pair of shoes

I bought 3 items (pair of shoes, a sweatshirts and t-shirt) and the sweatshirt was not in the parcel as I was so looking forward receiving them. Then I reached out to the staff and he said the dispatch team were unable to locate it in the warehouse and it may be that the item is still showing as available on thewebsite, and the team are working to get this removed as soon as possible. It’s been 3 days and I can still see the sweatshirt on the website. But I need to say thanks for the prompt action of refunding the money back to me. Still I’m not happy with the shopping experience.
