I bought a pair of Paraboots which once i tried on needed a size up. I returned them to the warehouse at my expense (£16 due to the insurance) and requested for the size up, this was sent to me quickly. When I opened them the box had been damaged by a previous owner? and the shoes were significantly worn with marks all over. I returned these to the store for a full refund and received confirmation but then no money into my account. Have been to store but got no where there saying they would email me personally and I haven't received an email, their phones don't get answered... Just really poor service this time round

Items arrived internationally. All items now on extra sale and discount and asked if could be refunded the difference however the answer is no. They would want you to return it and repurchase the item for whatever reason. Returns are not free as well. Once again, frustrating and annoying to deal with.

Happy with the purchase
Happy with the purchase! I ordered the UK 4.5 when I usually were a 37 and a 6.0 or 6.5 in adidas shoes. This style is my new favorite. It has nice arch support and is a bit sleeker than other styles. Highly recommend!
