Was very disappointed, the trainers had a defect. The stitching was rock hard and it turned out glue was put ontop of the stitching inside the shoe. Nike should do better . The delivery service was excellent.

I thought I was getting a great deal on these sneakers, but End seems to have informed customs of their full retail price rather than the sale price, so including duty I ended up spending a lot more than I would have to buy the shoes at full retail, and this colorway is heinous, shiny in ways that the website photo did not disclose.

I received my package on time and the quality is very best this was my first order. I'll order more.

The only place I could find the watch I was looking for that was in the UK, elsewhere was gonna cost me who knows how much in customs charges, great variety of stuff would definitely come back to shop

Absolutely disgraceful service I would not recommend

DPD didn't buzz my door, it simply rang my number, when I don't take unknown numbers phone calls. The day I've managed to pick the call, after couple of attempts, they simply hung up on my face. The whole experience was dreadful. When I added the option to deliver to a neighbour, they haven't even tried it.
Finally, when sending the parcel to a collection point, I was being asked for a QR code that I never received. Luckily I had my ID with me and the Off License people were OK with it.

I order a jacket that had absolutely no measurements listed on the website. I had to resort to other websites for them. The jacket finally came, after having to pay an astronomical amount for nationalization taxes, and I then found that it's too big for my frame. END does not cover any international shipping costs whatsoever. Their overall shipping fee is $45 no matter how much you purchase from them, and on top of that, if I decide to return it, I'd need to again spend extra money to get it over to them. This store might be good for hats and accessories, but forget about anything else, it's an absolute pain. I'll have to try resell the jacket, without even breaking even, in some other local marketplace, if that. I cannot be more unhappy right now with this store.

Not great click and collect experience. No click and collect available for pick-up at their London store. That is not great as with such a fantastic store, I'd sure buy more stuff when going to pick up the items, plenty of upselling and cross-selling opportunities. When I selected one of the collection points near my home, I received a notification the courier could not deliver due to the fact that the collection point was an off-licence and the parcel was at my name, so the off-licence, so the delivery could not be completed due to non-matching details. Only when I booked the re-delivery it let me select the name of the Off-licence. I got my items eventually, so all good.
Fantastic London store! The product I received was beautiful, exactly as expected, but I eventually needed to return the item I ordered as it was fractionally to big in size. So I got to experience the store that screams luxury and great vibes! Exceptional customer service. The store stuff that welcomed me in the store was super frienldy and helpful a great shoutout to Matthew that helped me with my return process. Professional, great communication and great sales skills. I'll definitely be back in the store for some more shopping and I can't wait to visit the store in Milan. Keep up the great work, with a few twicks your end this would be a 5 star review!
