Super fast shipping & they carry designs we don’t get in Canada!
Despite the fact that I’m all the way in Canada, the shipping for these shoes was exceptionally quick and they arrived two days before I was expecting them! I was also extremely happy to find the item in a colour that Canada doesn’t have yet!

Dear Customer Service Team,
I am contacting you regarding an order for a pair of Vans sneakers that was delivered incorrectly.
Instead of the Vans I ordered, I received a pair of Nike Air Max 90 sneakers in a men’s size 12, which is not even close to the item or size I purchased.
This situation has caused a great deal of frustration and distress because the Vans were intended to be a gift for my daughter, and I was expecting to receive the correct item in time to give them to her.
Unfortunately, there is no telephone number available to connect with a live customer service agent, which has made it extremely difficult to get assistance with an issue that requires immediate attention.
I am attaching photos of the incorrect sneakers I received, along with my invoice, as documentation.
I am requesting that this matter be addressed as soon as possible. Please either:
● Send the correct pair of Vans that I originally ordered, with instructions for returning the incorrect shoes, at no additional cost to me, or
● Issue a full refund of $150.00 to my original method of payment.
Please confirm receipt of this email and advise how this will be resolved immediately. I would appreciate a prompt response, as this error was completely outside of my control.

Ordering from the U.S., I was skeptical and expected a long delay. When I ordered from END, I received my product in 5 days flat, while ordering on a Saturday. That's impressive. I rarely get shipping that fast even in the U.S.
