I am so delighted with the beautiful porcelain I received from Emma Bridgewater, it is absolutely delightful. I chose 2 sets for wedding presents. The strawberry plates and foraging bucket was really lovely for my friend's daughter, husband and her baby son. In addition, my sister is getting married in September and received plates and bowls from the Strawberry range. They are absolutely perfect for wedding presents, birthdays and general gifts. Ordered five mugs
Ordered five mugs. They were poorly wrapped and the delivery company is Evri, and therefore careless. Two mugs arrived smashed. Customer services woman was defensive and abrupt when the problems were reported to her.

Poor personalisation
Personalisation on the bottom of the mug did not match the personalisation in the side of the mug, it now reads upside down. Very frustrating, when I raised this to customer service i was told there is only 1 way and that’s the only way they do it. No replacement offered, very disappointing.
