Parcel ( a mug)was never delivered as it was returned to sender as damaged /smashed . Poorly packaged or rough treatment by courier!! Said product was a sale item ( half price) & now no longer available!!!! Not even offered a complimentary voucher .

Unfortunately one of the three items…
Unfortunately one of the three items I’d ordered arrived smashed due to inadequate packaging and could not be replaced as it was out of stock by the time my order arrived which took much longer than usual. I was given a refund but that wasn’t the point as it was a set of two candlesticks and a matching plate . The candkesticks were put together in one small box with just one piece of paper wrapping around each which was so obviously inadequate. This small box was then in a huge box with reams and reams of paper packaging in it. It seemed that no common sense had been applied at all to the packaging. This happens intermittently ( same at Christmas ) and I wonder if there are temporary staff employed around the sale times that need more training / supervision on packaging . It’s just so wasteful and upsetting on so many levels to receive smashed pottery.
