Great product .. disappointing packaging
As usual a great quality product and if I was only buying for myself I would have been perfectly satisfied with the packaging.
I bought 3 mugs as special gifts for 3 different people. However, they were sent together in one basic box. These were intended as special gifts and I expected them to be individually boxed as on previous orders. I understand that there is a new sustainability policy so mugs are no longer being sent in branded individual boxes but I now still need to get individual boxes for them defeating the whole concept! Further more the presentation will not be as special.
Oddly.. the box they came in was inside a huge outer box that contains more packaging material than required for individual boxes! (Presumably because the box they were in was not as protective as the old original individual boxes?! )
