Firstly let me say I love EB products and order quite a few.
Unfortunately on this occasion on of the items ordered - a set of three cannisters simply defeated me - I couldn't get the lids off at all and having contacted customer service for some assistance I am still awaiting a response other than the automated bounce back

Absolutely terrible still haven’t…
Absolutely terrible still haven’t recieved my order for my daughters birthday in 3+ weeks now almost 4 weeks!! I’ve been to America and back from the uk in that time and my daughters birthdays been and gone. I emailed customer service took them 2 or 3 days to reply and still no solutions or delivery another week later!

Always buy Emma Bridgewater
I always buy EB’s mugs. At the moment I’ve got all the floral mugs.
My ‘mum’ mug my son bought me has a crack in it now, so he ordered me a mug with strawberries on, and I hadn’t got the peonies mug.
They always come so well packaged and in perfect order. And as they are lovely and thick they’ll last well with my butter fingers.
I’m now looking for a teapot.

I love all Emma Bridgewater goodies. I’ve bought lots of fabulous things for my new home. Can’t wait to use them. Her designs are beautiful, I especially love the flower prints. All gives a lovely Country theme.
