Missing Parcel
I have sent 2 emails directly to the decorating studio (previous email with no reply sent on 21/07/26). I have also called customer services twice - once on 21/07 and again yesterday. I cannot begin to express how angry and disappointed I am in your customer service, or rather lack of.
I visited the studio as part of my Hen Party on 7th June 2026. My friend booked it as part of the weekend’s celebrations. She had a confirmation message to say the parcel had been delivered to my home address on 1st July 2026 but I haven’t had anything.
Whenever I have contacted customer services, my concerns have been disregarded and I’m not sure anything is actually happening to locate the parcel which is not only high in monetary value but also irreplaceable as a memory.

Beautifully crafted dinnerware. One dish was broken, randomly in the middle of the package. Emma Bridgewater refunded it immediately. My order was shipped internationally, so they explained they don’t ship a free replacement. That seemed reasonable to us and we appreciated their prompt attention.
