Great customer service, I have ordered many items over many years and all of them perfectly made , packed and delivered, however on the last occasion I had to return an order for a replacement and the this was sorted out and replaced with a perfect item with no quibble. I'm always delighted to see the new ranges and am amazed at the never ending imagination of the designers

We got individual mugs and they look exactly like on the homepage. Ordering and Delivery was super easy and convenient.

We bought two “chilli” pasta bowls for our daughter’s partners birthday. He is delighted with them. I was given a “tomatoes” pasta bowl myself many years ago and I love using it … it makes a great salad bowl too. The designs are so classic and iconic.

I recently had the absolute pleasure of ordering a custom-made Peter Rabbit mug from Emma Bridgewater as a gift for my mother... and I honestly couldn't have been happier with it.

From start to finish, the whole experience was wonderful. The mug itself was absolutely beautiful, and the attention to detail was fantastic. It was clear that a great deal of care had gone into creating something personal and special rather than producing just another ordinary mug.

Most importantly, my mother absolutely loved it, which made the whole experience even more worthwhile. Seeing her reaction when she opened it was genuinely lovely, and it has already become a very special gift to her.

I am incredibly grateful to the team @ Emma Bridgewater for putting so much care and thought into the piece. It was exactly what I had hoped for and, if anything, even better than I imagined.

Love the products but they seriously need to rethink the packaging for a company that specialises in highly breakable products. My plates came smashed with only paper as packaging and no indicator it being fragile on the outer packaging. Not really good enough given the considerable hike in their prices recently

I have always loved Emma Bridgewater products, especially the mugs. They are top quality and are always shipped quickly and nicely wrapped and protected. This order was delayed by FedEx in Texas. I did have to provide more information before they would release my mugs. I’m not sure why there was an issue.

They do not clearly indicate whether they are dishwasher safe.

My order consisted of two enamel dishes. I used the dish with crumble on the outside for the first time to bake a cherry crumble, which was delicious. However, when I hand washed the dish, some of the enamel around one of the handles came off, on the inside and outside!

I bought 4 knives and 4 forks with the polka dot design. The cutlery is excellent, very well made, good to hold and pleasing on the eye. The knives are serrated and cut meat with ease, a pleasure to use.
