Not worth the price
The price paid by the customer is not reflected in the quality of the product you receive.
I have now purchased 12 half pint mugs in total; a mixture of seconds, full price and sale half pint mugs.
Several are covered in cracks, two chipped very easily and two have completely lost their handles (a common issue with the mugs I have since found out). When paying £20 for a mug they, as a minimum, need to last a year.
Needless to say I will not be purchasing any replacements from Emma Bridgewater.

Review for Product still to arrive!!
I am still waiting for my product to arrive on 20 August, placed my order on 1 August. I am not surprised to have this experience with Evri but I am extremely disappointed in the response from customer services at Emma Bridgewater. I was told I would get an update on my delivery Monday or Tuesday now Thursday and still waiting. This is not what I would expect from my previously dealings with Emma Bridgewater, problems occur it is how they are dealt with and this is really not acceptable customer service.
