Placed order after two days of no dispatch I asked them to change the delivery address from my business account to home account and that I needed it before the weekend and I don’t work on the weekends.

Order arrived on Tuesday the following week, so I had to visit the high street for alternative presents.

I wouldn’t order again as there reply to this was. Yep this was our mistake. Didn’t really sit right with me.

I wouldn’t order from these guys again because of this.

Happy with my purchase… packaged well and delivery time was good… Awaiting for perfume that is coming soon and will be purchasing again… Legit perfumes ⭐️

Missing item but said was out stock but says it's still available to buy obviously cheaper to send refund rather than post it and keep customer happy they did replay after couple days so not to bad but I won't use again as customer service is really poor.

Fantastic Customer Service they reply as quickly as possible. All the perfumes are authentic. Can’t fault them. I probably brought off them about five or six times.

Ive shopped from the store many times each time has been super easy to shop, there is a large variety the prices are excellent. Delivery is super quick and all the items are well padded nothing has ever broken. I will only buy from Emirates Oud due to this and have family who buy from here too!

If an item is out of stock let your customers know. This is the second time it’s happening. I order a perfume and I have to wait for over 2 week with no delivery in sight. I send a mail and they respond it’s out of stock and give me an option to wait or refund. I choose refund and no response until 3 days later I get a mail to say my item has been dispatched. Which most of the times I most have ordered something else. Poor customer service

Good selection of products and when I asked about a delay to shipping they replied quickly and provided all the info I needed and were very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely be using them again!

Such a great shopping experience. Emirates Oud provides a wonderful and easy shopping experience, with clear photos and helpful fragrance descriptions. The fragrance selection is extremely vast with affordable prices. Dispatch and delivery is quite prompt.

Took ages to dispatch and paid for express delivery took about 10 days to deliver.

Ordered Bujeiremi Domenus , waited two weeks then received an email saying it was out of stock and they'd put my money back in my account, This is the 2nd time this has happened to me, Shocking customer service if im honest.

Once again, the service from Emirates oud is utterly superb, from ordering to delivery , and such a delicious array of beautiful perfumes, that regularly recieve enquiries & compliments when worn, my latest addition is a scent almost identical to DIORs classic Eau Sauvage, the light summery lemon& bergamot based eau de toilet at a mere fraction of the price of the French original brand. EMIRATES OUD is the company im utterly drawn back to, to purchase repeat products& to indulge in new scented directions, without breaking the bank!!!

The perfumes are very good

This is one of the worst experiences I encountered. I have placed an order at the beginning of March and waited almost 2 months to be delivered due to the conflict in the Middle East. When the product was back in stock I have written multiple times that it was not sent to me. In the end I asked for a refund, I got a confirmation, I asked for the proof and guess what? They never replied and I didn’t get my money back. Still waiting until I take legal action. I do not recommend this company.
