I purchased eight fragrances, three are adequate and usable. The remaining five are not of good quality and will most likely end up as waste. I tried to purchase samples to try first, but the sample choice is very limited. In my opinion, the fragrances sold by Emirates Oud are not a safe blind buy, unless you know from previous usage what the fragrance will smell like.
I think offering the option to buy a sample for every fragrance in the inventory will be a good move.

I have been purchasing from the website for a long time now and I haven’t had any problems.. Good prices, authentic products, and swift shipping. 👌🏼💯

if i could give zero stars i would. crap service and poor customer service
ordered an item 2 weeks ago more than enough time to get here for today as i have a party tomorrow where i was going to gift the perfume. i emailed the helpline 2 days ago yesterday got an email from royal mail saying item is due to be posted and then this morning they email me saying item is out of stock would i like a refund or another item. completely annoyed right now — DO NOT USE

I ordered my reef perfume yesterday dinner time and its arrived the following day...absolutely fantastic 100%genuine perfume packaged great and cannot believe i got it next day...will definitely be ordering again from here ...thank you ..Emma x

My experience of shopping with Emirates Oud has been entirely positive. Competitive prices and my items always arrive quickly and in perfect condition. Outstanding seller.

The greatest problem of shopping for perfume online is that you have to imagine how it smells. Emirates Oud make that easy by giving in-depth descriptions of the layers of scent together with suggestions about when it would be appropriate to wear individual perfumes. When the perfume arrived I was amazed at the quality of the presentation considering the relatively modest prices. Both the box and the bottle are stunning. I ended up buying two perfumes untried. I have worn the more expensive one several times. It has brought me a number of compliments and the smell literally lasts the entire day but without being overpowering. The second one is very very light so on me it has little silage or longevity but at the price I can afford to spray more frequently. Delivery was pretty quick and the products well packaged so no danger of damage. Over all, I am very happy with the purchases and the company.

Placed order after two days of no dispatch I asked them to change the delivery address from my business account to home account and that I needed it before the weekend and I don’t work on the weekends.

Order arrived on Tuesday the following week, so I had to visit the high street for alternative presents.

I wouldn’t order again as there reply to this was. Yep this was our mistake. Didn’t really sit right with me.

I wouldn’t order from these guys again because of this.

Happy with my purchase… packaged well and delivery time was good… Awaiting for perfume that is coming soon and will be purchasing again… Legit perfumes ⭐️

Missing item but said was out stock but says it's still available to buy obviously cheaper to send refund rather than post it and keep customer happy they did replay after couple days so not to bad but I won't use again as customer service is really poor.

Fantastic Customer Service they reply as quickly as possible. All the perfumes are authentic. Can’t fault them. I probably brought off them about five or six times.

Ive shopped from the store many times each time has been super easy to shop, there is a large variety the prices are excellent. Delivery is super quick and all the items are well padded nothing has ever broken. I will only buy from Emirates Oud due to this and have family who buy from here too!

If an item is out of stock let your customers know. This is the second time it’s happening. I order a perfume and I have to wait for over 2 week with no delivery in sight. I send a mail and they respond it’s out of stock and give me an option to wait or refund. I choose refund and no response until 3 days later I get a mail to say my item has been dispatched. Which most of the times I most have ordered something else. Poor customer service
