This is one of the worst experiences I encountered. I have placed an order at the beginning of March and waited almost 2 months to be delivered due to the conflict in the Middle East. When the product was back in stock I have written multiple times that it was not sent to me. In the end I asked for a refund, I got a confirmation, I asked for the proof and guess what? They never replied and I didn’t get my money back. Still waiting until I take legal action. I do not recommend this company.

I have purchased from this company twice now and have had no issues I was contacted and refunded when items were out of stock on my first order then my second order I was well informed that an item was out of stock but due in, in a couple of days. I was given options to get a refund or hang on a couple of days, so I hung on and as quick as my order was dispatched and delivered very quickly.everything is well packed. I can’t fault this company, not only are their prices cheaper than other sites on most products you are kept updated throughout the whole process. Brilliant.🤩

The perfumes are of good quality, but they take a long time to arrive and one of the perfume boxes always arrives damaged.

They sell products they don’t have in stock and don’t even contact you to let you know, then make you chase them for a refund. I had the same issue as many other buyers after reading the reviews. ZERO stars!

Pleasantly surprised.
I was hesitant to order because of some of the reviews and the delivery time did take longer than expected, but the perfumes were absolutely worth the wait.

The packaging and presentation genuinely impressed me, especially for the price point. Everything felt high quality, from the boxes to the bottles themselves. As someone who has owned much more expensive perfumes, I honestly didn’t expect this level of detail and experience.
The scents themselves are unique, layered and long-lasting once they settle on the skin/clothes. I especially enjoyed experimenting with layering the oils and perfumes together.
My favourites so far are Kashan, Now White and Yara Moi.
If you’re someone wanting to explore different scent profiles without spending luxury brand prices, I would definitely recommend trying them.

My only advice would be patience with dispatch/tracking updates, but overall I would order again.

The shop has failed to provide me with a valid receipt/invoice for my order. They conjured some worthless document with fake prices and so the package was held by the Custom Office. When I asked for a proper receipt/invoice they sent me some Taif documentation, while I ordered Rasasi; still waiting for the invoice/receipt and the order - i.e. if I manage to convince the Custom Office that I ordered legally and the package contains what i ordered - this remains to be seen. AVOID - it's a waste of your time and money!

Beautiful perfume such a high quality with that luxury feel. Stays on for hours - superb price too and always a discount!

Bought from them twice.

Very good prices and they seem like real products. So far had no issues with damage or fakes.

Biggest issue is with shipping. Takes around 2 weeks+ to arrive everytime and get no delivery details AT ALL until delivery day.
They also have a huge problem with stock. Products you purchase may not be in stock when you order them even though it says it is. With both orders I have had items be refunded due to reduced stock, usually after 10 days of waiting.

Next time I purchase from here I may do a smaller order and try their faster paid delivery just to try it but I strongly doubt its better.

Also they do not respond to messages sent in the website based message box.

If improvements on these are made I will use this service more often, but currently I only use them for products that I wont care about their delivery date.

Always late delivery and poor customer service

Very hard to place an order on the site. It gets blocked if It is a larger order above 200 and impossible to get the free shipping. Higher cost for shipping than any other vendor and yet the slowest one in shipping the products. Not everything available on the site is actually available and some of the items got cancelled after I placed the order. Overall there are better option out there that provide free shipping and are much faster, plus their site is updated with their available products. I won't use again.

Update: order finally arrived 11 days after placing the order. Unlike other reviews I received the correct items with the exception of the cancelled one that still shows available on the site: Rayhaan jungle vibes
