Fantastic fragrance just as expected 10/10

I've been a repeat customer and my shopping experience has been great so far. Can say I'm a fan of Emirates Oud. For one of my purchases, the item was out of stock so my delivery was unsurprisingly delayed. I got in contact with customer service and and was able to exchange for a different product. The excess was refunded back to my account. All purchases since have been great. Will definitely be a customer in future.

One of a handful of excellent Middle Eastern Fragrance suppliers that are UK focused, with all of the best manufacturers with a great selection of their ranges at fantastic prices here in the UK. Posted quickly, and arrived intact.

Excellent Company, Easy web page, very fast delivery, parcel arrived perfectly packaged in excellent condition, very competitively priced, Genuine Item thankfully as their are so many fakes around, Great range of products to choose from. Will definitely buy more from them soon!

Quick dispatch and delivery time. Packaged securely in box. Never had any issues with several purchases. Can be cheapest option and often have stock where other are out of stock. Overall good site

Somehow managed to take my money for an item that was in stock, go completely silent, and then only admit it was out of stock when I actually bothered to chase them. No proactive update, no apology email, just radio silence until I did their job for them. Impressive, really, in the worst possible way.

I have spent over £400 with this company over the past few years, however over the past 4 months, I have been let down 4 seperate times on orders I made as a gift for various special occasions. I have waited weeks at a time waiting for confirmation of my orders, as they were in stock when I made the purchases, only having to chase each one up numerous times and then eventually being told they are out of stock. This business is totally unprofessional and unreliable. There are far better companies offering better choice than these, so please do not use as you will have trhe same issues and unprofessional service I have received,

My name is Moses, I'm so annoyed with this company called Emirates oud. I placed an order for 2 items to be delivered to my address in London. Instead I received an email saying your order is ready for pickup
I tried to call contact them via email and phone calls but no response. the last 2 days I have been emailing them but no response calling them leave a message to deliver my items/ order to my address but no response. I wonder what kind of company is this it's like just a rip off company. how can you ask someone to travel from London to Birmingham to pickup an order of just £54. what I would like to ask is that you Emirates oud don't you have custom service Desk for who deals with customer inquiries? company like this one shouldn't be given a trading license to trade in a beautiful country like this. sorry I'm so annoyed.

First time buying and happy with the purchase, I research ahead and for the perfumes I've bought the prices were the best, also one of them I couldn't find anywhere else but still had a good price! I'll buy again definitely

Prompt delivery, excellent product.

Took over a week to dispatch my order. When they did dispatch it, was only 1 of 2 items. 12 hours later get an email and refund on the missing item saying it's out of stock despite still being available to order from the website.
Shocking customer service avoid if you can!

Never got my item and really poor customer service even when I called someone picked and the next time I called they barred or blocked my call making it go straight to voicemail.

They take forever to ship, I have waited a week and they still have not even confirmed the order. I even emailed them and they said they would sort this out but they have not.
