We bought a gift box for my friend's newborn and we all absolutely love every piece of it. Starting from the packaging and the quality of the materials - I cannot recommend enough. They also sent me a complimentary sleepsuit with a small teddy bear because they did not have the size I wanted. Having an amazing customer experience is not that common as you would expect, but Emma and Boo really deserve 5 stars for their services. This is the first feedback I ever write for any of my orders.. this is how impressed I am. Thank you again! I wish more companies are like you and we will definitely be back!

I ordered from this company and have to say I was delighted with the products - they are beautiful. There was a little mistake with the order and I emailed to let them know. It was corrected and sent out to me immediately along with 2 lovely free gifts. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Quick delivery to the recipient. I haven't seen the items myself but have been assured they are lovely. Worth paying the extra for signed delivery for peace of mind. Good that you can track it too so you know exactly when it's delivered.

First time I’ve ordered from Ema and Boo and in fact come across them. My friend had just had a baby and I wanted something different and along their taste for their newborn son. When the package arrived it looked beautiful, I didn’t even open it, I left it for the new parents to open. And what a lovely message I received back from them.
