Everything great

I live in Croatia and wanted to send a baby gift to my friend in London. I didn’t know what to expect, but the store was excellent. Ordering was simple, with a personalized card and fast delivery. I was also happy to see it’s a small business. Highly recommended! :)

impeccable customer Care

Just cannot fault impeccable customer care. Ordered a hamper and was contacted to say some of the items could not be sent as they had been damaged on delivery to the business. They immediately offered a free upgrade to a premium package. I couldn't recommend enough.

Great Great Great Great

I recently had a newborn baby hamper…

I recently had a newborn baby hamper created and personalised at Bumbles & Boo, and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out! The team were so friendly and helpful, helping me chose the perfect mix of items, from a gorgeous outfit to an adorable toy and keepsake pieces. Everything was beautifully arranged and wrapped with such care and attention to detail. The personalised touch made it extra special, and it was the perfect gift for welcoming a new baby girl. I highly recommend this lovely boutique for anyone looking for a thoughtful, high-quality baby gifts!

I believe you should judge a company…

I believe you should judge a company not only when everything goes smoothly, but especially when something goes wrong and you see how they deal with it. I recently ordered a basket for next-day delivery. Everything was processed correctly and I received the tracking number, but through no fault of the company, DHL failed to deliver it and left it sitting at their depot.

I phoned straight away and spoke with Emma Phillips, who was excellent. She apologised immediately, refunded the delivery charge, and even offered to send another basket out for Saturday morning delivery at no extra cost. I declined, as Monday delivery was fine for me, but the offer really highlighted their commitment to customer service.

The problem wasn’t caused by the company at all, yet their service went above and beyond what most businesses would do. Emma even followed up after speaking with DHL, which showed they genuinely care about their customers.

This is exactly the sort of company people should want to support, and I would happily recommend them.

Disappointed!

I was really disappointed with the gift. It arrived in a different basket than the one advertised..a much larger one…so the contents looked sparse and lost inside. I’ve since had to order extra items from another supplier to make it presentable. Sadly, it doesn’t feel luxurious or good value for money. This is particularly disappointing, as I had hoped to support an independent small business rather than turn to one of the bigger retailers.

Fabulous Service

Absolutely brilliant service and communication with Claire and Emma. The order was dispatched efficiently, but sent to the wrong address ( my mistake ) A new replacement was sent immediately, even though Royal Mail was still in the process of shipping the original order back. Such a kind gesture. My Godson has sent photos of the gift which had been processed and presented with enormous attention to detail…including a hand written card…I would absolutely recommend these unique and special gifts for a new arrival. Bumbles and Boo isn’t just a business it’s about bringing joy, and personal customer satisfaction.

Really amazing customer service

Really amazing customer service! I ordered a hamper as a gift but it seemed to get lost with the Royal Mail. The customer service team was super responsive and chased the post for updates. When nothing came back, they sent out a new hamper (different to what I ordered as it had sold out - but still cute) with next day deliver via DHL. Arrived very quickly after that! I'm told the items are very cute and feel really soft.

Totally different

Totally different what was on picture, very small box, different things inside. I was ashamed when my friend open it, not worth 64£.

UPDATE:
After received that review - Bumbles&Boo contacted with me. They sent new hamper straight away. I'm appreciate it and change rate.

Bumbles and Boo may seem gooey and fluffy but beware.

I purchased a new baby keepsake trunk costing £47 with gift wrapping. It seemed just right for the new member of the family. Photo and listing confirmed it contained a baby plaque, soft toy, scratch mitts, hat and booties. I purchased carefully so that the new parents would be able to immediately use the new clothes when leaving hospital. It was absolutely perfect, so much so that I gave a 5* rating for the gorgeous packaging (I didn’t want to unwrap the gift. Why would I? I knew what it contained. Or so I thought).

However, it was far from perfect. On opening the package that I was so excited about the new parents found a bib and a muslin cloth and not the clothing items I was assured it would contain. This was so disappointing.

Rather than write a negative review at this point, I wrote to Bumble and Boo, expressing my unhappiness about having paid for something I had not ordered. In fact, I felt, and still feel totally misled, given that I’d been given no option to cancel the order in advance. Additionally, the gift ended up being poor value for money. Feeling let down, I requested that Bumbles and Boo send me the correct order.

Did they apologise for failing to honour the contract to send me what I’d paid for.? No.
Did they try to put things right by later sending me the clothing I’d ordered? No.

What they did do, however, was to refund me £2.94 for the missing scratch mitts. Did I want £2.94? No I certainly didn’t. All I wanted was what I’d ordered and paid for. I was left feeling very insulted by this Company’s behaviour towards a customer.

For anyone reading this, please beware before entering into a ‘contract’ with this Company, unless you don’t mind being sent what you’d never ordered on top of being charged an exorbitant price.

Having looked into this with our team I can see that the scratch mittens were missing from your order and these were upgraded to a baby muslin which was higher in value for you and an essential baby item.

We apologised to you in person and explained that your order had in fact been upgraded in value as it is important to us that customers always feel that they are getting more and also refunded you the cost of the mittens.

We do now have mittens in stock as they arrived from our supplier so we will send you these along with a hat and complimentary white booties to go with the grey ones which were in your gift hamper.

It is never our intention for customers to be unhappy. You can see from our hundreds of 5 star reviews that our products are well loved and our customer service is excellent.

We are sorry you felt otherwise on this occasion and hope you can accept our apology once again.

Hamper for a gorgeous newborn girl

Recently ordered a hamper for my work friend and spent approx £130. However an incorrect card was added with a congratulations message for a baby boy, when in fact the hamper was pink. I got in touch with Bumbles and Boo who couldn't apologise enough and by way of an apology sent the new mum an additional gift, the hamper was excellent quality massive recommendation from me *****

International Shipment ~ Superb Service ~ Highly Recommend

From the US, I wanted to send something special to my niece in Istanbul for her upcoming baby shower. When I found the Bumbles & Boo bouquet I was tickled (pink!) at how gorgeous the bouquets are and even more delighted that they would ship to Turkiye. Just to be sure I didn't miss anything on their website, I reached out by email with additional questions and Claire of Bumbles & Boo replied the very next day! With her warm and friendly support, I placed my order which was later delivered in a timely fashion all without issue.
Not only was my niece surprised when she received the very lovely Bumbles & Boo bouquet, she plans to use it as a centerpiece at the shower which is her way of making sure I am "with her" for this momentous celebration. Wow. I am utterly amazed that Bumbles & Boo is bridging thousands of miles so I can be with my niece for her very special occasion...I can't even tell you how special that makes me feel. A heartfelt thanks to Claire for the extra hand-holding and support in making this happen. With their array of beautiful gifts, superb service, and customer-centric approach, I highly recommend Bumbles & Boo!

Gorgeous gift for my work colleague!

Upon ordering, I mistakenly checked out without express delivery, but the team were so helpful to help fast-track this order for me!

Disappointed!

I bought a hamper for my sister and l’m really disappointed in it. The basket is the wrong color and two other items were replaced, which completely throws off the theme. I’m aware that substitutions are disclosed but it's a completely different hamper and not at all what I was looking for. The wrapping was messy and didn't look clean, they mentioned it was luxury, so maybe my expectations were too high. The rest of the items themselves are just as pictured so I’m happy with them. Overall, I wouldn’t purchase again, especially since l’m overseas. The shipping time was great but very difficult / impossible to return.

Beautiful gift and excellent customer service

My friend loved her gift! But, there was also a stock issue with the order I placed. I was offered an alternative, and when I asked how pay for the price difference in the items, the sales representative told me this would be covered by the company, as it was their mistake. I've never experienced such honest and good customer service. Thank you so much
