I was sent a personalised giraffe set as a gift. The blanket is beautiful and soft, the vest is nice and the bag is useful. So pleased, I have since ordered another set for a gift for a friend. Arrived very quickly.

Your order was dispatched next day but unfortunately it was delayed in the post, this is out of our control. After it didn't arrive at the promised time we sent you multiple emails asking would you like us to resend your order or give you a refund and you never replied back to us.
