Good pricing and options of the same furniture compared to other stores and good delivery conditions (time and packaging).

A very angry customer here!
Bought 2 furniture items and received a pile of garbage in the post.
Both items were already returned by other customers (one of the items has clear and visible defect marks on it and the other I am too angry to even look at it). The first unlucky customer who received it didn't care enough to repackage it correctly so when we received it at the post office it felt like it was dropped from a 20 story building.
ELLOS charged us for 'home delivery' but we ended up driving 20 minutes from our home to pick up this heavy piece of garbage. DO NOT BUY furniture online from this website.

Update:
I just spoke with ELLOS's customer service. Very polite and helpful. I explained the situation and that I would like to return them and they are now going to pick it up from my apartment and they offered a voucher for future purchases.

I will change my rating of overall experience from 1/5 to 3/5. The customer service gentleman I spoke with gets a 5/5.

Nice options, easy delivery and returns.

I don’t usually write reviews but this definitely needs one :Just received 4 chairs, all of them are faulty and poor quality. While assembling the chair one of them presented a hole in a completely random spot which doesn’t allow me to assemble the chair at all.

Now because of this extremely poor job done I have to return all my chairs and have to pay double the shipping fee. In the meantime the “customer service” sends me emails always from different people telling me different things and making this experience exhausting AND terrible considering the amount of money I spent.

I am extremely dissatisfied and cannot believe a case can actually be handled so terribly.

I do not recommend purchasing here.

It said 3 to 5 days to be delivered and now I will get the order 10 days after ordering.

That is one the edge of bate and switch

They deliver at a different time then they said and have not returned

Everything is good and the delivery is fast

My wife tried many times to cancel our order and we write email many times. Finally we reached some customer service and she said you need to wait order confirmation before cancel it. Then we wait and got confirmation and called another customer service for that. He said I canceled your order and it will be seen in 24 hours, But now we got new mail says that your order is processing and if you want to return you need to paid 199 sek. This must be a joke, This is definetly my worst customer service and shopping experience ever. I just want to inform you I never accept this order and invoice about the order and extra fees. Our all customer calls recorded and I will use my all customer legal rights for this bad experiences. If you do not solve this problem as soon as possible, Otherwise, I will use all possible channels to spread this bad information and I use my all legal rights.

[Update] this is solved after contacting a manager from Ellos.
