Portable device. Now I feel more confident with this cold wallet. Supports my crypto experience and what I love is it actually helps users store the privacy key 100% offline.

I ordered an ellipal 2, the courier left the package in front of a door in a busy street where I live that it was my neighbour, i was at work, when I went home in night time there was no package, I ask everyone and no one see it, the package got stolen and when I contacted them they asked me proof of the busy street where I live, so I sent them all the photos as proof and now they don't reply to my messages anymore, it's been a month and I'm still waiting their response, worst people ever

I bought Titan 2 and mini last month, both of them are works well. I especially love the Titan 2, very easy to use and setup.

Most trusted cold wallet for future

My second and only cold wallet from now on. Simple to setup and use. Super easy compared to other wallets.

Device broken after 8 Month. Support is there any ? No replies by mail etc. I could recover my coins and I`m back to the Ledger Nano X which at least works ! Not at all recommended as Support is not helping at all.

I have my seed tried to recover my account on a new wallet. It gave me a new address while I contacted them they stop responding. Something is wrong they know or I seriously doubt this company now. Please be aware . They seems frauds to me.

I'm new to crypto cold wallets, and after doing some research I landed on the ELLIPAL titan 2.0 wallet.

I absolutely love it! Setup for a first-timer was very smooth.

Also their customer support during the whole process has been responsive and patient with me.

If you're new to the world of crypto wallets, definitely recommend the TITAN 2.0.

I had this ELLipal titan for over 3 years now and only used it for my crypto mining farm to mine Crypto tokens into it ,which I mine like more close to $3,000 worth of crypto tokens into the hard wallet over the last 3 years and when I decided to mess around and only to transfer like $6 bucks worth of crypto tokens to test the wallet signing process which I do every year to make sure everything works ok I get a error message with the bar code reader on my iPhone wouldn’t work at all!!!! So I emailed customer support about the deal and the first thing they mentioned to me your tokens are lost for good even if you have you’re 12mnemonic password plus the 24 optional password didn’t work as-well !!! Even the phone app u can’t not get your account wallet restored what’s so ever !!! So it’s a huge scam people please 🙏 do not buy this product whatsoever!!!!!! Would be your worst nightmare!!!! As an investors and do not delete your iPhone ELLipal app for any reason a-swell it will definitely keep showing the up dated crypto Balance that they make you. Feel like there’s nothing wrong 🤬with your crypto wallet that’s your evidence!! Once u delete your phone app it’s gone forever!!! you been warned

The company said my wallet was ready for shipping a month ago. I did a follow up and it still has not shipped. My previous purchase was fine. My credit card was charged and I was expecting a package.... Time to do a bad review.

The customer service is not helpfull, my ellipal hot wallet got hacked somehow and all the funds where lost. Also it is hateful to set up this device, you may choose something else

Just awful, avoid at all costs.

This hardware wallet is beyond useless. It crashes every five minutes. It can't send anything other than tiny amounts of Bitcoin.

had issues with both my ellipal mini's, unable to use... the sellers did their best to resolve issues, so im raising my review from 1 star to 3, but still frustrating I had to pony up shipping for 2 units that dont work. just allot of time invested for hair pulling issues.

The crypto that they “say are compatible with Ellipal” is not what they “actually have”.

Top-notch Cold Wallet

I've been using the Titan 2.0 for some time, and it was really a game changer for managing cryptos. I was impressed by its air-gapped security, the most important feature of a cold wallet in my opinion. It would be impossible to hack into this wallet without the seed phrase. The device was also physically robust and well-built since I dropped it once by accident and it didn't even leave a scratch. Ellipal Titan has been the most reliable cold wallet I've seen so far after trying out multiple brands.

I recently bought the Titan 2.0 bundle, which included the seed phrase steel. Setting up the wallet was straightforward, and their tutorial videos on Youtube were easy to understand and follow. Just knowing titan’s air-gap feature provided peace of mind. The steel was definitely their most outstanding and creative product. It was perfect for anyone like me who always worries about seed phrases safety but is not confident in memorizing all the words. I haven’t seen similar stuff in other cold wallet brands.
