I've bought this item 3 times and on all 3, the device was unable to update because there was an issue with the SD card that was provided by Ellipal. What's the use of giving the SD card if you have to buy your own. I'm glad I purchased the others through Amazon because when purchasing from the company, you don't get a refund on shipping even when the product never worked to begin with. Customer service was very rude, offered to send me another SD card for a discount. Once they saw it was a new order and would be sending the card at no charge they said said they didn't have any more cards in stock. The told me I could return the item but wouldn't get shipping back.

You sent my holding case pouch to the wrong state to the wrong address. I never received it. I try to put a complaint in and I can’t reach anyone. I contacted the post office. They said it was delivered in Georgia. I live in Tennessee. I got the Ella pass and I got the seed phrase storage but I did not get the $20 pouch so I’m very unsatisfied and there’s no way to reach anyone. They said they’re on vacation. Can you please send me my pouch? Address in Tennessee, not Georgia.

I made a purchase in February 2025, but the company ELLIPAL DOES NOT comply with the standards for describing the product in the delivery services. The delivery services in Brazil did not authorize the import, I contacted ELLIPAL for a solution, but there was no solution. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY, WITHOUT COMMITMENT TO ITS CUSTOMERS, the company did not carry out the return guarantee as advertised.

I ordered the bundle of the Titan mini and seed phrase steel. took about a month to receive my order. The seed phrase steel is a great concept, HOWEVER, the plates that secure the phrases are screwed in by tiny soft screws about 1/16" long and easily stripped as they are screwed in so tight I was only able to remove 3 of the 8 screws. When I wrote the company, they assured me the reason the screws are so tight is for "security" of my seed phrase. (If you can't remove the plate to insert the seed phrase, the only secured item are the steel plates themselves.) Their suggestion was to use a screwdriver that "fits" the screws. Again, the kit COMES WITH THE SCREWDRIVER that fits the screws. It's not the screwdriver its the cheap metal screws, inserted waaaay too tight. Strip out and NO screwdriver will remove them. So, just waiting to see how this shakes out. It's a shame as the concept is great. Just cheap screws make it a waste of time and money,
My experience was bad. The shipping took more than 2 weeks and when I received it I got only 3 items of 4.

The ELLIPAL app was hacked and millions around 14 million was drained into other accounts. ELLIPALs app is made to hack your funds, I believe the staff are in on it because they provide no updates other than confirmation that they were hacked.

So far and after 2 months I can say that I am satisfied with the product, the big problem is the delay in shipments, to some countries in Latin America it takes almost 3 months, if you complain to Ellipal only give you a number of follow-me and they do not understand the subject, it has been suggested to them as it happens with Dcent, which is another well-known brand of wallets, that they change the company of shipments to our country, because we are a group that comes buying several wallets from you since December, and that they change it by DHL or FEDEX, that you receive in less than 15 days from the date of purchase in the country, but do not make any case and reject the customer. There are people who buy in Espñaa and after 70 days they returned it to the country of the manufacturer and on top of that lost the cost of shipping and never received the wallet. YOU WILL HAVE TO BUY DCENT or TREZOR or LEDGER that has other faster and more efficient shipping systems in all countries, because Ellipal does not care about the customer.

We got hacked – and we are not alone. There have been ongoing hacking issues with ELLIPAL cold wallets, and it’s unacceptable. Funds were drained from multiple wallets, including ours, despite this being a so-called cold and secure solution.
ELLIPAL, you market yourselves as 100% safe and air-gapped – so how are hackers getting in? This is clearly a major security breach, and users are suffering real financial loss because of it. We need full transparency, a full investigation, and most importantly: a proper correction plan AND recovery of lost funds.
You owe your users safety – and if that’s compromised, you owe us a way to recover what was stolen. Step up and take accountability before more people get hurt. This needs to be taken seriously, and we demand a solution NOW.

For Service you deserve no stars. My experience with you has been abysmal. I bought my Titan 2 in April 2024 but didn't start using it until several weeks later. My issue with not being able to update the device has still not been resolved. Communication has been scrappy partly because of receiving emails labelled from MyDeal & others from Ellipal - very confusing for me at least. I answered all questions and requests as soon as possible & as clearly as possible with images & videos. Length of time for response to emails has also been a huge eye opener with one lady telling me she hadn't been in touch for almost 2 weeks because she had been on holiday - not very much like a help centre to be honest.
Today I have sent my last email to you before approaching the Ombudsman because of your lack of action to find a solution regarding this - not a good result for you or me.

They still haven't shipped it. Various emails back and forth just telling me to be patient. Finally they said they had had stock issues and that my wallet will be dispatched immediately. That was two weeks ago and that still haven't shipped it.
At one point I asked them to cancel my order and refund me. That was ignored.
So pretty terrible company, who can't be honest and upfront. Not ideal considering the type of product they sell
My OG Titan 1.0 is still working fine after 2yrs+ of use. The piece of mind that comes with storing my "Bags" offline is worth the cost.
Well made and solid. Size is abt the same as Iphone 4 for ref. Interface just works, after a few tries, as one gets the feel of how things work. Nothing difficult, with clear steps to follow on moving coins around safely. (And the "Whys" you should those steps!)
Phone App lets you See your coins, SAFELY, as the Private Keys arent kept on phone.
Lose your phone, just use your seed phrase on your new fone to get it all up & running again.
Worst customer service EVER...be prepared to send emails to cyberspace, with an eventual, although irrelevant response. Twice I requested to return my unopened product and I kept getting offers for discounts. Eventually I received a credit but be prepared for frustration and delays.
