A modification to my review is in order. ELLIPAL reached out and made everything right which is something that I have not seen done frequently. I would like to say that working with their customer service was easy once in contact with them. As I said before the product was excellent. However I would like to add that customer service made me whole and I need to update my rating to 5 stars.

The item was received and in good shape. However, I was promised 20 dollars in Bitcoin that is yet to be seen. I don’t expect to even see it at this point since no one has reached out yet.

Ordered weeks ago. It's still sitting in China, probably getting hacked for me.

Lost all my crypto in one day. Somehow, someone online got into my cold wallet and sent all my ETH and AVX out of my wallet. The company was quick to respond but said they could do nothing about it. Isn't that what a cold wallet is supposed to do? It is supposed to keep tokens off the internet and block malicious activity. Something is off here. Plus, I didn't know when I bought this that the company was based in China. That is a big red flag. Stay away from the Ellipal wallets. They are not secure. You will lose your tokens.

On April 18th I had my bag of 8600/XRP , 5000/XLM and other cryptos withdrawn from my account not dissappeared they were withdrawn. The Ellipal app does not do what they say it does, maybe some of you are lucky and nothing has happened and good for you. I mean that, I had 9000/USD into those cryptos only $250 left. One thing they didnt take was the wrapped IOTA/ETHERIUM mmmmmm..PLEASE GUYS STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEVICE,I PURCHASED IT RIGHT FROM THEIR WEBSITE.

Until now I have not received my product or any news about the delivering process.

Received ELLIPAL mini titan yesterday, seems great so far although a bit glitchy - but I believe this is block chain in general at this point in time, as all wallets seem to be the same.
Managed to update the firmware on the with the SD card provided.

Have only trialled a transaction onto the device so far & have not transferred out yet, but I will send money out today to see the process.

I purchased Ellipal Titan Mini 4 mo's ago but never opened it... not even the plastic shrink wrap. When I finally opened it the power adapter w microsd input does not work. So... the hardware wallet is useless. Ellipal and I have gone back and forth via email and they will not send me a replacement. They did agree to send me a discount code for $19 but I went to buy another one on the ellipal site and the code won't work. To make it worse... they want $19 for shipping. All in I will have to pay $48.90 to replace the adapter. Defective product and bs customer support! DO NOT BUY AN ELLIPAL!

My first attempt at trying to set it up I was presented with a 'System Hardware Error'.

I understand that these things can happen but what I do not accept is being ignored when the issue is raised. I have emailed 3 times now and haven't heard a peep. Go for a Trezor or a Ledger or one of the bigger companies. At least their customer services team respond to you.

I have a Titan V2 Device.
It didnt turn on anymore, i tryed all what support tell me. Also i make a video for them because they asking for it. But sadly they wont help me and i didnt get a new device.
Sad because it is my first Cold Wallet and already got so bad experience with it
