It was easy navigating web site, purchasing & delivery instructions clear. Being able to track items gives peace of mind & items arrived in timely manner. Goods were as displayed on web site but looked even more amazing once opened.

Highly Reccomend
I ordered a necklace for my mum for mother's day and it was beautiful, however when she wore it, it would not sit flat and kept flipping to the incorrect side. I reached out and emailed Ellie Grace and they were super prompt to respond and offer some ideas on a solution. Unfortunately this did not solve the issue. When I advised them of this, they promptly offered a replacement item of something that would be more suitable. The replacement arrived and they even upgraded the box it arrived in. My mum was over the moon with her replacement and I can't thank Ellie Grace enough for rectifying this issue-Thank you.

Super service and great quality product
The product was of great quality and arrived as per schedule .My wife was very happy and emotional on receipt of her gift and wears it every time we go out.

Ellie Grace have treated me terribly.I never got my order because they said it was lost in the post order number #EGU69938 my Necklace.Now they have said that they have sent me a replacement which I am still waiting for.This Necklace was for my wifes anniversary which is gone now.It cost me 58 pounds. Sorry but Ellie Grace are a big joke.I don't trust them.

I saw this ad on instagram and it got my attention to buy a gift for my husband, it arrived within a week after I placed my order.
Once it arrived we absolutely fell inlove with it. But the only down fall that the men's barcelet is used to connect it is a magnet and my husband lost it not even after 5 days of wearing it every day.
I would rather suggest instead of using a magnet to connect it maybe just have a clip of some kind something to make it stronger for a mens wrist.
I made my complaint and they happily replaced my item for me. Very good customer service.
Over all ill be happy to buy again from Ellie Grace.
