Reliable, professional and well organised service
Service appointment was easy to arrange. Reliable engineer attended as arranged and completed the service schedule in an organised and professional manner. Service report was completed and sent by email very quickly following the visit. Invoice was sent appropriately and efficiently.

Ekoflow Engineering Support
Ekoflow has once again provided excellent engineering and customer care for our communal septic tank. Having carried out an annual service, EKOFLOW identified some faults which needed fixing. They provided a quote and, within a couple of weeks, carried out the necessary works. They are great communicators and provide detailed service reports.

Very efficient, on time and cost effective
We called Ekoflow on Thursday to book our service and emptying of our system.
They arrived on Tuesday the following week
The staff are very polite very knowledgeable and efficient.
