No problems getting through

No problems getting through, as they phone you back. Call centres in England. Well trained staff. But mostly they're an excellent provider

I have just taken out a tv, broadband package

I have just taken out a tv, broadband package about 2/3 weeks ago . I was given an activation date of 18 may 2026, a couple of days after I had moved into my new property.
I rang on 18 may to find out the activation date had not been made due to some issues by your team . But no one had bothered to tell me
After a long discussion on tele having been cut off 3 times I have now been given a new date of 2 June. Myself and wife are very unhappy about this. It appears that when this sort of thing happens you are unable to get a quick activation date within 24 hours, why not
I am seriously thinking of cancelling the contract due to delays

Listened and acted on our complaint

After a frustrating experience of not being listened to, both the lady handling the mobile complalnt and Jamie the broadband complaint. I was lstened to and a satisfactory outcome was achieved.

I rang to query my April bill which was…

I rang to query my April bill which was much higher than expected after some agreed changes to my broadband and tv package. After speaking to 4 guides over 1 hrs 47 mins my matter was still not fully resolved. The 4th guide, Max, seemed to have sorted things but could not be sure until tomorrow that the necessary changes had taken place. He promised to ring me then at 1.00 pm to confirm details. I await developments with interest.
