The whole order was not completed in the time frame we had and we were told the advisor would call us back at 7.00pm the same evening - 15 hours later we are still waiting and we are not sure who now to contact.

Moved house and got a date for activstion for 23rd December 2026.This never happened and i chased up and chased up and was told numerous times by numerous different staff i was due over 6 pounds per day it went over activation date. It got activated on the 15th April 2026 and they have now said im not due any compensation but will lower my deal by 3 poubds a month and give me 100 pounds compensation when i am due over 650. Gavin from the exec complaints team will try and back you into a corner to accept a poor compensation deal by threatening to csncel orders or withdraw offers and then wont produce deadlock letter after he said he would. They wont even go back and listen to the calls that confirm every time i was told about the compensation scheme and i would get it

I have just taken out a tv, broadband package about 2/3 weeks ago . I was given an activation date of 18 may 2026, a couple of days after I had moved into my new property.
I rang on 18 may to find out the activation date had not been made due to some issues by your team . But no one had bothered to tell me
After a long discussion on tele having been cut off 3 times I have now been given a new date of 2 June. Myself and wife are very unhappy about this. It appears that when this sort of thing happens you are unable to get a quick activation date within 24 hours, why not
I am seriously thinking of cancelling the contract due to delays
