Horrible experience overall! We’ve recently moved and thought we could walk away with a router we got told that our property needs new installation for full fibre. So we called a few other companies and all came out with same outcome that our property is too far away from the road and too many permissions to get to install it.
We realised that a mobile WiFi hub would work better, so going back to EE we wanted a hub that would help my partners gaming setup and working from home so quality wifi was needed… we left with a 4G Hub due to our location which is shocking as we can see the mast from our window. We installed it and we could only receive a 4mbs download…
So back to the EE Store we went, and I was actually fuming! The “guide” told us that they can’t offer refunds in store, even though we were told to go back to the store over the phone. He then on multiple occasions when I was explaining things to him walked off or talked to someone else. I’ve never felt so disrespected in my life. That all these workers care about is money and commissions.

I have been with EE for many years as a contented customer. Over the years I have looked at other providers and never found any that can offer the excellent service that comes anywhere near the quality that EE provides.
