€190 sunglasses, UPS marked "delivered" but never arrived.
No signature, no delivery photo. Filed a non-receipt declaration on 26 March. 7(!) weeks later: no refund, no proof of delivery, no real update.
From Edel Optics' own reply: "unfortunately not able to finalise the refund process or confirm the delivery details."
So the seller themselves cannot confirm the parcel ever reached me, yet I'm the one expected to keep waiting indefinitely.
PayPal "Item Not Received" dispute now opened. Buy elsewhere.

Scam? – Read this before you order
I was initially skeptical when I came across several reviews suggesting that edel-optics.be might be a scam. So I ordered a pair of glasses with cautious curiosity. To my pleasant surprise, the order arrived on time, and everything checked out fine. That prompted me to re-evaluate the legitimacy concerns—I hadn’t found any issues once I received my glasses.
The website isn’t fraudulent. The item was genuine, delivery was prompt, and my concern was fortunately proven unfounded.

My experience
I ordered Versace glasses. I must admit that the customer service is very responsive. I contacted them by phone and email, and they really tried to help me.
The only thing I can criticize is the packaging : the glasses' case was intact, but the outer box was not. Maybe investing in a sturdier box would be a good idea

Nice experience, in 24h the sunglasses arrived and the price was the best I found, was 150eur less that in the shop.

I paid for delivery to the house
I paid for delivery to the house, and it didn't arrive and they didn't contact me and put it at a collection point far from the house. Only after I checked why I didn't receive it did I see that they put it there. The product itself is good but the service experience is not good. They did send me compensation for the next purchase, but if it's the courier service I'm not sure I'll order.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by this company. I ordered a pair of glasses that were shown as available on their website, but after waiting for months, I was informed that they were out of stock. I requested a refund, but despite the website claiming that refunds are processed within 1-3 working days, I have been waiting for weeks without any indication of progress. The emails I have received are unhelpful and avoid the issue. I find this customer service to be unacceptable, and I believe that the company is not fulfilling their terms and conditions. I advise against trusting this company..
