I placed an order for a size 59, $250 hat. I received a size 56 hat. When I contacted ECUALAMA, at a number in London, England, I was told it was what I ordered and that I could return it at my cost.

The blanket is beautiful
The blanket is beautiful. It is soft and lightweight yet very warm and comfortable. I also love the color pattern. Shipping was fast also. The price was actually better than an equivalent blanket on Amazon. I have a slight concern that my wife is sensitive to the wool though.

The quality and beauty is never in question!
The quality is never in question, but it was not the same shade of white on the website. The item was listed as "Heavy and Thick", but it was similar to the regular blankets. When I reached out the staff was great!

Not as soft as I would have expected
I really don’t like to leave a negative review, however I bought 3 blankets expecting them to be super soft but was disappointed when I opened the package. I read the label and they are made of 80% baby alpaca and 20% acrylic. They have a scratchy sound to them and they shed. Sorry I can’t give these a better review.

Our baby alpaca blend is designed to be incredibly soft and lightweight, and while texture can be a personal perception, these blankets are known for their cloud-like feel rather than being scratchy.
The “scratchy sound” you mentioned can sometimes come from the fine alpaca fibers rubbing against each other, but rest assured, the material itself is exceptionally smooth and gentle on the skin. As for shedding, this is normal with natural fibers and typically reduces over time with use. A light shake or brushing can help speed up the process.
