I strongly advise others to think twice…

I strongly advise others to think twice before doing business with East Oak Concessions. I paid a $1,500 deposit for a trailer, and the experience has been incredibly frustrating from start to finish.

First, the trailer arrived extremely late from their fulfillment location, with little to no communication or updates about the delay. When it finally did arrive, I was told it had holes in the roof and was leaking completely unacceptable. This meant the trailer had to be reordered and rebuilt, causing even more delays.

When I asked for a title so I could insure the trailer prior to pickup, Chris who I believe is one of the owners never provided it. Communication has been poor and inconsistent throughout this entire process.

After all of this, I requested a refund of my deposit. Instead of resolving the issue, I was given vague excuses about needing to “move money between accounts,” which raised serious concerns for me.

It has now been a full year, and I still do not have a trailer or my deposit returned. This situation feels extremely unprofessional and suspicious.

BEWARE of this company. I would not recommend East Oak Concessions to anyone.

Customer Service and product is TOP NOTCH!!

I recently ordered a smoker, the smoker stand, and heat‑resistant gloves from East Oak as a Christmas gift for my husband, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. The customer care was exceptional from start to finish. Communication was clear, timely, and genuinely helpful — something that’s getting harder to find these days.

A special shout‑out goes to Serena from customer service. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail were truly top‑notch. Because of her, the whole process felt effortless.

East Oak has definitely earned my trust and future business. Highly recommend!

Best customer service experience I’ve…

Best customer service experience I’ve had in years. We received a fire pit as a gift and the starter knob was missing, I most likely threw it away on accident with the packaging. I reached out to customer service, and without even an order number they were willing to find and send a replacement knob at no cost. I was very impressed with their commitment to customer service and their willingness to go above and beyond to sole a problem that they had not caused.

Great customer service

We had an issue where one of our parts broke. They sent out a replacement very quickly. What surprised me was the promptness of their email communication and turnaround getting the part in the mail even though it was 6 months after the sale. Pleasantly surprised to see that good customer service still exists.

Great company and great product!

I ordered the smoker and stand. Turns out we needed the smoker higher than the stand so I initiated a return of the stand. Customer service was superior! Easy to communicate, prompt email correspondence and Serena was incredibly kind and accommodating! I ended up getting the cover for the smoker in place of the stand. Thank you East Oak. I will order from your company in the future and will invite friends to become customers! Thanks so much!

Great customer service. Highly recommend the company.

We bought the 12x12 pop-up screen house in June. We love it. When we travelled we put the indoor plants in it (outside) and hooked up water. The plants thrived ! In a recent rain the tent sustained a tear as water gathered on the canopy.
I contacted East Oak. Both Janel and Serena provided excellent service.
I sent a photo of the damage. Serena explained the tent should not be up 24x7 endlessly as the sun can weaken the material.
After reading that I was prepared for a denial of my warranty claim. I was wrong. East Oak honored the warranty and sent a replacement. The whole process, from contacting them to receiving a new one was just two weeks.
We are extremely pleased with both the tent and the company. We will chat them up at every opportunity.

I purchased my Eastoak to replace my…

I purchased my Eastoak to replace my Masterbilt. This Eastoak is top a top quality smoker. The heat control is spot on. No more fluctuations in temp as my MB always struggled to hold a constant temp. The wood chip box is nice and large so you won’t have to add chips as often. Assembly was super easy. I got the stand/ wheel kit for mine. Makes it a breeze to move around. The smoker cover is also an high quality cover which protects the smoker when not in use. Also Customer Seevice for Eastoak is second to none. Serena is outstanding. She is always ready to answer any questions you may have and help in any way possible. If you don’t know what to get the outdoorsman for Christmas this would be the perfect gift. You won’t be sorry with the Eastoak. Makes smoking fun again.
