Gentle and Caring atmosphere.
Mum’s ceremony went off beautifully. The space for family and friends to gather before going into the chapel was most helpful.
The music we chose was very clear and timed perfectly.
The whole experience was supervised by the Co-op funeral services who worked beautifully with the staff at the crematorium.The whole experience, though difficult, was handled in such a gentle and caring atmosphere way that we felt blessed and very fortunate.

Thank you, the crematorium is a beautiful relaxed area, the parking was great as there was a lot of people turned up. The whole experience made a sad day a lot easier to get through.

I chose your crematorium following a…
I chose your crematorium following a friend’s cremation there a few years ago.
The location and single chapel felt more personal than the larger city crematorium and the service and arrangements resulted in many positive comments from those attending.

What a lovely send-off for mum
The funeral directors Luxton where so helpful, respectful and caring, and so were the Crematorium staff, especially when I picked up mum's ashes. The ceremony was conducted excellently by the celebrant, it was sad time, but was delivered with warmth, compassion and humour of mums life, Giving All the family a great and memorable day.

Your professional and sympathetic team made making prior arrangements of the music and images for the service a comfortable experience. The same applied to providing the video recording and those who viewed remotely were very complimentary of this service. The unobtrusive help on the day helped to make Joy's send off memorable for all the right reasons.
There were suggestions from from some attendee's at the back of the room that it could be a good investment to increase the size of the video screens.
Thank you for all of your help at an emotional time.
