I ordered Lawn grass seed mixture. It arrived safely and in a timely manner. I live in Seed sown into existing lawn. So now it’s wait and see.

Wow. Earthwise Seeds really surprised me. Their seeds are top notch, my garden's never looked better. Love the no-mow lawn idea, makes life a lot easier. Had to ask them a question once and they were pretty helpful. Definitely recommend!

The help I received by email to send an order to Canada was good. However, UPS cancelled the shipment. There was No Response to my follow-up emails. I had to put it into dispute.

Love the purpose of the company, but they need to upgrade notifications and abilities for customers to track orders. Poor in that regard, otherwise five stars.

SCAM!!!
I put in an order to them for $273.83 for Seed Tac plus seeds that was confirmed by email on 9/21/2024. My debit card was billed immediately. Received email 10/7 saying my order was on its way, 10/12 email saying order delivered, listing all items. I actually received seed tac (value $19.98) but no seeds. Sent them email on 10/18 saying what hadn't arrived. Thereafter I sent them a total of 3 more emails, at first requesting missing seeds, then requesting refund. I also sent a message directly to their website, left 2 messages on the phone number provided on the website and a text to the text number on the website. My last email to them was 11/21. Received a couple of emails early on saying they'd get it right out to me--but didn't. After that my messages were all ignored. As of today (12/9)--no return texts or phone calls, and no refund.

Ordered seed a month ago with an estimated delivery of 6-8 business days. Numerous voicemails, emails, and chats over the past 2 weeks and I still can't get ahold of a real person to find out what is going on with my order. I even tried calling the associated company Moss Acres and nobody will answer there either. Save your money and go someplace else.

Update: reached out via a text number that you have to search for on the website and told them I was reporting this as fraud to my credit card. Took a minimum of 2 hours to respond to each text, but after 2 days my order shipped and has arrived 5 weeks after ordered. Hopefully the seed is better than the customer service.

Update 2: Ordered additional seed to fill in some patches from the first batch and to see if the fulfillment process was improved. My order arrived within a week, the original seeds have sprouted and look great, much better experience this time than on the first go.

After numerous voicemails, emails, and one way chats I never received my order of alternative seed mix. I ordered the seed and seed pak on September 18th. In early October the seed pak finally arrived but no seed. I've given up trying to get it.

Ordered 10 days ago. My card was billed immediately. No product yet. No shipping info and tried to contact them through phone and emails. Absolutely no response. Will file a dispute with my bank and hopefully get my money back. Don't waste your time or money with this company!

They are impossible to communicate with. after waiting for my order to ship out in 3-5 business days (website states ordered will be shipped 3-5 business days after being placed)I used all avenues to get information on a ship date. After two weeks of several attempts I filed a dispute with my bank. When I did not receive any answer that was not autogenerated I asked in an email to cancel my order. They shipped my order out one week after this and then it arrived two weeks after I asked in writing to cancel my order.

This is a legit company

However - they are a newer offshoot of another business that has been operating for 25+ years. this off shoot opened in 2023. It’s got a little bit of a scam feel because if you dig on the site you’ll find several different numbers to contact them. No one got back to me after I tried to get in touch by phone and email when our stuff didn’t ship after 11 business days, until I tried the texting option. Then someone did text me back and our seed did indeed ship out. The person was very helpful but didn’t give me their name or anything so I’ve a little bit of a feeling it was just a manager or the owner as I said they just started this off shoot. They’re very understanding and very nice but I feel a little bit like if I hadn’t reminded them to ship, it may have fallen through the cracks.

I wanted to put a review here so that people knew this was a real company and we did get the product and the product seems to be good. As tempted to give them three stars instead of four but I think once they get a little more used to having the company open or get a little more organized it’s gonna be great, Based on how the parent company is doing.
