Customer service was good
Customer service was good. However I am not very satisfied with the product quality of the electric scooter. The tires are inflatable and punctured within the first week of use. The rubber tires that you can buy instead are expensive and really difficult to put on. The stearing rod just broke and it was a long process to get it back to get it repaired. I recommend extra insurance just in case of theft or it gets broken.

Nice support, there were some people in the store, but i didn' t have to wait too long. About the bike am I satisfied, but I think it don`t give me quite enough power up hills, maybe I dont have the right setting. The bike is Momas Balance Pro SUV.

Thanks to the excellent service provided by William at the Slependen branch last Saturday, what started as my plan to buy just one El Sparkesykkle for my daughter ended up with me purchasing 2 ;) Even though he is the youngest staff member, his service and advice — especially his enthusiasm, responsiveness, and willingness to assist — truly made me feel that he is a real professional.

I thought the service in the shop was very good.
The quality of the work done building the bike was below my standards. No grease was applied on the pedals, crank arms etc. This would have caused problems down the line if I had not checked. A bit disappointing to be honest
