Bike good | support less so?
The bike it self i dont have any complaints about at the moment.
But when i had a problem with their app witch affected the bike it took to damn long for it to get fixed. Something that should take max 1 week took over a month. Their email bugged so i couldt Replay to them witch made everything annoying and confusing because i had to keep making a new mail like 4 times to talk to them and the guy that took care of my case were either dumb or played dumb or were confused because he did not answer to what i was asking. I dont know wtf was going on. After 2 weeks i called them instead and my problem started to get fixed. But i thought my case was started 2 weeks earlier xD but w\e took sadly 2 more weeks to get it fixed even if i was promised max 1 week.
So sadly i give 2 stars because of the support. I couldt use the bike for 1 month and im happy the problem is fixed now but still 1 god damn month to get a damn code nah. If i got compensated for it i maybe wouldt care as much but. It is what it is.
If you need support i recommend to call them and not email. Very confusing and buggy.

I bought the Balance+ SUV bike a month ago and have had a great experience so far. The staff at the shop were friendly and incredibly helpful—special thanks to Aleksander, who guided me through the entire purchasing process. He also assisted with minor maintenance and gave me useful advice. I can highly recommend visiting this shop!
