I visited the Oslo city centre branch at Akersgata four times regarding my e-bike purchase (Balance Pro 2026).
Initially, I mistakenly ordered the M size and left the store. The next day, I realized that I actually needed an S size. I visited the store again, and they quickly helped me change the order without any issues.
After the Easter holidays, I noticed a similar spring offer for the Balance Pro SUV 2026, which is a superior model compared to the one I initially ordered. I visited the store for the third time and requested an upgrade. I was ready to pay the difference, and the team kindly assisted me in upgrading to the new model.
Finally, I visited the store a fourth time to pick up the e-bike. I am very satisfied with the overall service.
Each time I visited, I was assisted by different salespersons, and all of them provided excellent, helpful, and professional service. I also communicated with them via email, and their responses were good. However, I found the in-store service and chatbot support to be faster.
Overall, a very positive experience. Thank you for the great support.
The customer service has really improved as now you can call them which you couldn't before and they are polite and helpful also replying e mail is a lot quicker than it used to be. Good quality scooter for the price. A scooter used daily in all weathers will not last more than 2 half years but still a very cheap way to commute. Now the contact has improved I will continue to buy for sure

I have nothing more to say than what a great experience it is to buy a Mommas e-bike from E-Wheels in Trondheim. They have the most friendly staff and really listens to whatever bike you are looking for. I discovered that my backwheel hade a small bend on my first trip. I booked in with E-Mexx and they found a small factory error and replaced the whole backwheel quickly under the warranty. 100% reccomendation goes to E-Wheels and E-Mexx in Trondheim for excellent service.

I bought a scooter on December 12, 2025, but unfortunately I regretted my order, and I canceled it the next day after agreement with E-wheels, and it was returned according to the instructions from e-wheels. Now more than 2 months I have not received the money back yet.
On the other hand, E-wheels has sent me a lot of emails, where they come with "explanations" that the money will be sent soon - but I have never received the money.
I want to warn you before you buy anything from this company, the whole process has been a nightmare

It's great and very helpful that the store sells spare parts for E-scooters. My one was in an accident, and I was really worried it wouldn't be repaired. But it's truly a viable friend and only requires replacing a few parts. I contacted customer support for help finding suitable parts, and they solved my problem very quickly by finding the necessary parts and sending them. It was a real relief! I am very grateful.

I bought a bike and it never arrived at my address. After 3 monthes and several requests I got the money back. I don't trust anymore in e-wheels, I'll buy my bike in another company and not anymore online.

The customer service helped me a lot and offered a solution to my problem.
Other than that the workshop is not as helpful and they hide crucial details about my scooter when visited them and as result I ended up with completely broken battery.
