BLOCKED FROM ACCESSING WEBSITE
I would rate this higher but am fearful I got scammed in some way. I did my federal return and at the end it did not give me an option to print it, instead took me to the chime website. I am not interested in Chime and had no option to go back to the E-File website so I logged out and when I tried to log back in I got a message saying "sorry, you have been blocked. You are unable to access secure.e-file.com" Im not sure what to think and now this website has my banking information.

No key help for error code to pay fee…
No key help for error code to pay fee in the end. Frustrated. I couldn’t file on time. Missed the 10/15/25 deadline due to that. Now I have to go get forms to paper filing.

This product is a game changer
This product is a game changer. I was able to do my own Taxes without the healthy fee, it was super simple, when I completed inputing my data the product checked it. It optimized my data and I'm getting a bigger Refund than last year. I highly recommend this product.

Well, I found out I needed to do my taxes for a legal matter. I did not do them because I was on SS. And, basically too poor to file.
I did it for legal reasons. It was so quick and easy. Accepted by irs right away.
