They handled my mess 5years of taxes I never filed. My case manager Keiner never complained about the mess I dumped on him. He ‘s also very patient explaining the process & answering whatever questions I had. He would always call or message me when he needed something from me or send docs. I needed to sign via priority mail & always included postage paid priority envelope to send them back. Thanks Keiner for all your hard work & patience dealing with me.
